September is Library Card Sign-Up Month in Carroll County! County Mayor Joseph Butler signed a proclamation this morning at the Carroll County Library, joined by the CC staff as well as the staff of McKenzie Memorial Library. After the signing, Mayor Butler signed up for his library card and spun the prize wheel.
