Beets always get extra attention around Valentine’s Day so I thought I’d share a little how to on cooking perfect beets. You have to keep the stem and tail on (no cuts!) this keeps all the beautiful color in and helps them cook more evenly in the water bath. How to: 1. Preheat the oven to 425F. 2.
