Kilang United Microelectronics Corporation dijangka cipta 700 pekerjaan baharu

United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) has expanded its Singapore facility to manufacture both 22 and 28 nanometre chips on specialty technology platforms. These chips will serve various end markets, including automotive and 5G applications. The expansion is also expected to create around 700 jobs locally over the next few years.
